What language is sung in David Tavare – Summer Love (DJ Yan Remix)?

I know there is English and some other language. Sounds like Italian or Spanish. Anyone know? BTW it’s the DJ Yan Remix not the original.

The intro is in English, and then he starts in Spanish "quiero oir los besos de tus labios y sentir la melodia de tu voz, na na na"
